Someone
Her wrists and heart are cut and bleeding
Because no one her cries are heeding
 Every day she wonders why
God doesn’t just let her die

All her life she’s tried to hide
The tears she’s crying deep inside
The anguished pain she never shares
The sounds that bleed that and no one cares

She’s always tried to be the kind
Of girl you’d think was worth your time
But just because her friends are few
She doesn’t matter much to you

You walk on by without a glance
 Never giving her a chance
All she needed was a smile
Someone to show her life’s worth while

But today at school she pulled a gun
 Because you weren’t that someone
