We trip and fall through
panicked without a clue
we move and sink deeper
our fear is getting steeper
were sinking in the sand
Im closest to the land
we cry and plea
as we fight to be set free
I reach out and offer you my hand
Ill save you
my only friend
I push you to the shore
just moments before
the sand swallows me whole
you just laugh empty soul
