Tighten your lips,
Don’t sing tonight.
Just cry dear.
Your taste of dry splinters.
An cry of glass.
Both Eyes may bleed,
But hearts drain forever,
With a beat between the drags.
Bones thin as hair.
Stand up, straighten your back.
A spine of needles,
Smoke as thread.
Spin Metal twine up my spine.
Thread my eye lids.
Pluck the lashes.
Heart full of smoke.
Maybe this time,
We’ll make headlines.
