Sun beating on my face
Drawing boxes in chalk
Tying my shoelace
Getting ready
Warming up
About to make
My one big jump
I threw the rock
And locked my leg
I won’t be mocked
No mistakes
Jumping,Leaping,Bounding
From box to box
Square to square
I reached my rock
And turned to stare
I saw six more jumps to be made
