When I See His Eyes
When I see his eyes,
My heart shudders,
So piercing blue,
So beautiful.
When they meet my gaze,
Even for and instant,
My whole body,
Is on fire.
I smile gently,
He just keeps staring,
Until I lower my gaze,
He does not move.
I glance back up,
He's looking away,
But then he turns back,
Just as I look out the window.
I feel his eyes,
reading the back of my head.
I pray silently that,
My backside looks nice.
Then, finally, it's time to leave,
I ignore him as i pass,
But within myself I know,
Our eyes will meet again.
