1. I’M SITTING LOOKING AT THE 20 MILES
OF OLD, POOR CITY HOUSES
ALL DROWNED IN 12 FT. OF
TOXIC, MURKY, AND UNWELCOMING FLOOD
5. FLOOD. I THEN LOOK AT THE LOST,
HELPLESS PEOPLE ONTHEIR ROOFS AND
THE RACING CHOPPERS IN THE
OCEAN BLUE SKY. EVERYBODY IN DESPAIR
NO WHERE TO GO ANYWHERE
10. NAUSEA ARISING, STARVING, NO
THRIVING. DEAD AND ROTTED FOOD,MATERIALS
PEOPLE,A FIRE IN THE WATER STARTED WITH
DIESEL. PATIENTS IS KEY ‘CUZ THERE’S
NO WHERE TO FLEE
