Beauty
Products of society,
Insecurities Masked by makeup, cosmetics, and lies.
Distorted perceptions of beauty,
But in whose eyes?
Focusing on appearance,
Inner self overlooked and neglected,
Society will continue to suffer,
The entire world affected.
Generations becoming better looking, Yet still no better off in the long run.
We are shining bright,
Radiating like the sun.
The new faces of failure.
Our greatest success,
Acts as our strongest weakness.
All suffering from the same sickness.
