The Ranch House
The ranch house was full of dusty cobwebs,
With a drowsy grown lab dozing on the porch
The old man was in his rocking chair,
Rocking back and forth while he whittled
You could hear the sad baying of sheep,
And the agitating cawing of the crows,
The content old man kept up his whittling,
As the sun faded into a pink and orange sky
