Where I First Died
You don’t understand
The pain in my eyes,
The things that you said,
So harsh I cannot cry.
You don’t know the struggles
That cloud up my mind.
My head just keeps spinning
With the stress I must hide.
And though you stand and stare,
You’ll never know what it’s like to care!
You ripped me open and took all you could find.
Now I’m pretty sure there’s nothing left inside.
My heart and soul have been confined
To the place where I first died.
