I was going through some pictures on my desktop one day, and I stumbled across some pictures of you, and some pictures of us. Remembering the giddiness that never went away when I was with you-- I wanted to cry, but instead I took a deep breath, put my finger on the control button, and sat there for a moment, just reminiscing on each picture, and I swear I could smell your soft skin and feel the intensity of your eyes on me. For a moment I was frozen, then the words “we need to talk…” screamed loud in my deaf ears, and I quickly pressed delete. I tasted something salty and I knew that deleting the pics from my computer wouldn’t delete you from my heart.
