Unresponsive
You cradle your head in your hands
as I sit next to you.
I run my fingers through your soft, black hair
and you turn away from me.
You lay your head down
as I hold your hand
and rub your arm caressingly
yet you turn your back to me.
You're going though a hardtime
so I'm here for you.
I try to talk to you to help
and you turn your back to me.
Why do I try to help
everytime you seem to need it
and waste my time and energy
when you always turn your back to me?
