the girl who wants to be free

She says she feels like she's trapped in a cage, thats not joyful or outragged. She says she's been trying to get out but there's no way, it's like something is holding her back day by day. She says when she cries out for help no one can hear here, as she looks around she realizes there's no one near her. She goes through the day pretending everything is ok, when really inside her is just full with pain. I want to help this girl who wants to be free, but there's no way, because as i look around i realize this girl is ME!!
