Invincible
In the night
I am awoken
With the insatiable thirst
Of a drink
Whose color is fiery red
I wait in pitch black alleyways
For some poor fool
To stumble onto my path
Unaware of the violent and bloody fate
That will reach him tonight
I thrive on the blood curdling scream of the kill
I’m not so different from you
We both have a reason to murder
You kill for the thrill of the game
I kill to stay alive
Or undead as you mortals say
I was once a mere human like you
That was no fun
I would live just getting by everyday
Now as a creature of the night
I am invincible
