Gone But Not Forgotten
She passed away
With tears in
Her eyes and
Her family around
Her bed
She is long gone
From the place that
We called home
Not forgotten in peoples’
Minds
Visions of her play in our heads
Like movies
Dreams of her appear
To us when we need her
Guidance
She is long gone from
Our presence
But she is with us in our minds
With every thought and every
Moment that we move on
In our lives
