Dear Love Songs,
I'm sick of your lies
Words of pretty blonde girls
With their blue green eyes
I'm sick of the unattainable visions
And false tales of love and woe
I'm completely sick of you
I just thought you should know
I'm sick of being told that I should wait
"Love's just around the corner; you'll find your date!"
Because if there is one thing I don't need,
It's having to hide behind some "love"
I just need to be free
