I sat on the beach looking out

                    into the astonishing and clear sunset.

          Shades of red,orange,and purple came across my eyes.

                         I listened to the sound of waves

                      beating agressively against the rocks,

                       with seagulls and pelicans squaking.

                        I dug my feet into the grainy sand.

                      A small, warm wave, tickled my toes,

             making the sand trickle and dance across my feet.

       I reached out to wrap my arm around my furry best friend.

               A feeling of calm and serenity came to my heart,

                                   purifying my soul.
