To be with Someone
My mind is racing, Valentines day is coming
 Another holiday spent alone, hypocritical,
 but by choice
 Yet I'm still brought down
 Mixed emotions
 pour through my soul
I think of loves past and lost
Oh how I wish I could hold on in my arms once again
 Or perhaps,
 A new love
To brush the hair out of her face
 To kiss her lips tenderly
To hold her head in my hands
To look her in the eyes
To lay in the grass, gazing at the stars
 Her head on my chest
 listening to my heart
 it skips a beat
as she reaches for my hand
