Memory Box
Some days I wake up to find
that I have completely lost my mind.
I go through the motions of life and time
but nothing feels right or seems to rhym.
But in a box inside my head,
thousands of thoughts wait to be read.
Each one folded in their own special way,
some so old they are torn and begin to fade.
But you are the thought
at the bottom of my memory box
that will never go away.
