The Sea To Me

Warm sand, under your feet
Wind whipping through your hair
The clicking of the dolphins
The soft calls of gulls
Sea spraying on your face, ever so slightly
The taste of salt in your body
Waves rising, and crashing, to a soft, comforting, reliable rhythm
The sea, is a wonderful place, to be
You can even imagine the lake is the sea
As the case may be.
