Drowning
I'm drowning in a sea of sorrow
 That's not my own
 You drag me down
 Deeper and deeper

 I don't mind
 Commiserating
 Listening
 Watching from the outside in
 Offering advice, help

 But you pull me in
Make it my fault you're miserable
 You surround me with guilt
Every moment of my life is haunted by you

You hurt the one I love, too.
I see you pulling him deeper and deeper
 Down with you
 Just like me

But I think the sea of sorrow
 Isn't really your sorrow
 It's you
 Wrapping around me,
Getting ready for the final squeeze
 The death blow

To squeeze all the life out of him and me
 Why?

 Why?
