My Questions Unanswered

I woke up on the roof that cold winter morning,
A fresh layer of snow covered my face,
Confused
I woke up and all was not as it should have been
Everything now gone,
You now distant,
Why I ask as I rise from the snow,
Why are you gone?
What have I done?
Searching I wonder,
In this lifeless wasteland,
Only to find a note,
“She’s gone, now and forever.”
