daddy's girl
when i was small and thin,
there was only one man in my life,
who was tall,
and strong,
in my eyes,
i loved him more than any man in the whole world,
i knew he was stronger than any man in the universe,
he would pick up the couch with ease,
And even pick up me,
but as he got older and as did i,
he wasn’t as strong,
his back started to hurt,
he started picking up 1 board instead of 3,
we’re eye to eye now,
but i always love him day by day,
now he’s still the strongest man in the world,
and the tallest too,
because he’ll forever be my daddy.
