My Last
The sky was blue
The grass was green
My tears suddenly turned into a stream
My life had began to change
As I watched my family’s faces begin to fade
The sky was blue
The grass was green
I saw my once precious moments turn into a dream
The life I once wanted to take
I now know I’m suited to this fate
The stars brightly light the sky
I know I can not continue this lie
For the world around has collapsed
I know this will soon be my last
The sky was blue
The grass was green
I hear my friends begin to scream
Then a rush of cold air
Flows through my hair
The sky was blue
The grass was green
I see the oceans wonderful gleam
The moon shines down on the water
The sky was blue
The grass was green
I hold on to a memory
The only thing that kept me going
I look before I fall into the darkness below
And say goodbye to the world I used to know
