Remember me...
From fourteen short years ago?
You said you would always be there,
But I guess that wasn't so.
From time to time I wonder,
If I look or act like you,
I hope I don't smile like you smiled,
Because your smile was untrue.
Did it hurt you when you left me,
Or did you just not care?
Did you ever think to call me,
No...and that's not fair.
Did you ever think how it is for me,
To never have had a dad?
Do you care about how I feel,
That it makes me really sad.
