You aren't having fun unless you're commiting sin~ Priest

Such crazy thoughts run through my mind
Mangled and twisted in such ways
Nothing could ever be so kind
Yet when I turn to sadden day
Nothing ever seems satisfied

The blood of others lap the land
Only making scarlet sand
The fallen in of mine
Make reflections so divine

The death of many haunt me
Begging,screaming to be set free
What am I to do instead?
Just try to fall asleep in bed?

No pity's ever given out
Instead just horrid screams and shouts
How can I escape my mind
Without pulling the trigger to end my life?

I was reading Tell Tale Heart by Edgar Allen Poe when I just began writing this poem.I know it must sound twisted but that is because it is!

"No, sir."

Beyond, Saki, Sylvia Plath, O'Henry, and an equal to Shakespeare, of course....?

Hmph, no, not twisted. But, yet again, I found this intriguing, what would that say for me if it really is what you say? Twisted, is it, is it REALLY?

Hey, I'm taking a class on irony and sarcasm, Poe's made the top of that list.
