Keep smiling. :)

It was late midnight
And raining with
Starlight, that day
Before night I'll remember --
It was mid June
And I'll tell you,
Soon, soon we'll be together again.

Half past one,
Walking through the park
With none to sway my fear,
Arms hugging my body, closer,
Closer, nearer and nearer
To you.

Half an hour more,
Sitting on the bench --
Look left and I see
What we made that day
And
Four letters in a heart
Watching whilst we part.

Almost two, and
I'm standing there
Can you see me yet?
Wait, and listen
But soon it's showing
And none but the stars
Let me love them.

Half past three,
And raining starlight,
Drop to my knees in
Tears; I decide you
Won't come -- sin of you
Not to come.

The strike of four,
I turn to go home
Tears pour away from my eyes
Heartless because
I have nowhere to go
And no one but
The raining starlight.

First dawn, I see
The city lights again;
The stars disappear in the sun
Ten hours I waited for you
And ten more I will
Today.
