I heard the news that you hid from me
When I passed you in the halls, you didn't see
No guts to tell, no sincerity to reveal
The news. You can't understand how it made me feel
Thanks for your disingenuousness
Thanks for your secrets, your lies
More proof of the human flaw
The ability to disguise
The inability to see past the eyes
Can you see my hurt?
I wear it on my shoulder, but of course you cannot see
Because you represent the human flaw perfectly
