Place settings in their spot
Mother and Father
Brothers and Sister
All together, smiles plastered so tight
The fork and spoon are on your left
The knife on the right
Its silver blade catching fluorescent lighting
I shove the cool steel in my waistband
Dream of it carving more than holiday ham
Visions of bleeding wrists dance in my head
