The ground piles up, full of color
Daylight getting shorter
Weather getting colder
The children play with the leaves
The whistle of the wind whooshes in your ear
Halloween getting closer
Kids growing older
Pumpkin spice latte, your favorite drink
Wearing a hoodie, oh so comfy
Love getting stronger
School days getting harder
Until fall is no longer
And you miss it
