Morning Sun
I open my eyes for the first time that day
I see a bright future in front of me
The sun in my eyes shining so bright
I cannot see what lies ahead
The clouds are gone
The fog has passed
Replaced by the light of the morning sun
A new day has come
A new life has begun.
I'm out of bed
I walk outside
Into a world of opportunities
Its an unfamiliar world
Much happier than before
And I know that nothing will be the same
As I take my first steps into the light
I feel the weight of a thousand bricks fall of my shoulders
And I can finally move forward
And for the first time I know
Everything will be okay.
