Fallen Apart
We are a sculpture falling apart,
once used to be a work of art.
Gold and bronze is peeling away,
revealing all those years of decay.
Cracks are speading though our bond,
they can't be healed with a magic wand.
Vigilant friendships are wasting away,
to time's cruel claws we have fallen prey.
Once used to be a centerpiece,
through the ages we have decreased.
Not a sculpture, centerpiece, or even art.
we are a beauty that's fallen apart.
