Flower once so bold
Inescapable time so ever leaching
Wilted, young now old
Deaths icy fingers ever reaching
Burning life as told
The pain like an inferno
Color now grey mold
Plea to continue to grow
The winter coming cold
The lethal claws of frost
The energy now sold
Weakness reminds the flower lost
Perceived invincibility false gold
Decide to embrace rotting decay
Lives scroll now unrolled
Farewell the suns last ray
Or defy, be uncontrolled
Fight to reverse foul time
Attempt to life uphold
Longer life is no crime

honestly i was just inspired by a search recommendation when i typoed(dying flower)
