   Fall Evening

Crunch, crunch, crunch.

Walking through the leaves I see an

assortment of colors brown, yellow, orange, and the hint of fading green.

The trees nude in the cold wind anxiously waiting for summer to come.

fall the most beautiful season

when all kids get there costumes ready for halloween

and pumpkin spice swims in the air.

Pumpkins on every porch as spices become sweet and soft.

Candles of pumpkin pie and maple leaves swarm the air

of every house. As the aroma fills the air around you,  taking a big breath

like warm apple cider sliding down the back of your throat.

Fall for me is special; it symbolizes change and a new beginning of life.

Animals start to gather food and settle down for a long winter nap.

The calm before the storm when the world around you becomes quiet.

Like a leaf in the wind as if it was a dream.

When the earth's soul sleeps for while before its loud wake.
