My life is falling apart

The pieces flying away

Like dust on the wind

I try to hold them together,

But they slip out of my reach

Why do I feel so empty?

Lord, what did I do to deserve this pain?

This suffering?

I'm falling apart

acting like everything is fine,

But it's not.

On the outside i pretend i have a normal life,

But I don't.

I'm just acting.

No one could ever understand what i'm going through

That's why I pretend my life is nothing more than what they see.

But it's so much more.

I have a life,

Or at least i used to,

Before the glue got old and cracked,

Before the pages of my life’s book fell apart.

They scatter to the wind,

In a thousand different directions,

And I will never find all of them again.

I have to write new pages,

Try to put them together in a semblance of control,

But

I’m

Failing

I’m

Falling

Apart.

Life is hard. Thats just how it is. Sometimes we want things to be easy, we want everything to be under control, but often it jsut doesnt work out.
