The Knightly Prince
A prince,
clothed in the finest
sky blue.
A knight,
strapped in chains
and armor
with the darkest
forest green print.
Two titles,
two ways of fighting,
one man.
He shows mercy
to his people,
he cares.
He holds them
close to his heart
with a gentle hand.
He strives
to fight
and conquer
those who step
in his way.
Showing no mercy
for the protection
of his people.

I wrote this about my boyfriend before ever actually talking to him. This was how I saw him, he always wore the same dark green sweatshirt, and I always saw him with a light blue presence almost.
