Only a few times in a lifetime do you have a bond with someone

as strong as a magnet to metal.

Like when a petal from a wildflower attracts a bee,

you attracted me. 

Maybe it's magic, 

or maybe it's a tactic, 

but I believe this bond was meant to be. 

To create memories, build trust, and to adjust the way of living life. 

To share our hopes and dreams. 

Like looking into a telescope to see the stars, 

or like listening to a guitar, 

you brought hope to me.

Hope that someone will finally understand 

and not overlook me.

Someone that would dig underneath the surface 

to find someone who didn't want a companion, 

but someone who wanted a best friend.
