There you are in the sunset
Painting the world with your colors
Just like an artist painting on a canvas
Your soul paints the sky
Leaving behind the memory of you
Reminding us that you’re still there
Far
but not too far
Just out of reach
I look for you in my everyday life
Small reminders here and there
Hope
Reassurance
That you're still guiding me,
Even though I can’t see you anymore
Or talk through things
But you're still here
I hope
