For memories
Since the first dawn that my eyes saw
I haven’t seen what others saw
I haven’t been what others were
I couldn’t bring my passions to a boil
I couldn’t burry my griefs in the bottom
For all I did I did alone
For all I love I loved alone
For all I love it went away
For all I have loved has withered in front of me
For all those who loved me have frosted in front of me
For all I loved no one taught me to bid farewell
So for all I do I sit quite
For all I have is a bird on the quire
For all I am now is just a curator of my own library
Filled not with the story of pride and valour
But with loss and grief
But with love and heartache
For all I am now is just living my life in retrospect
For all I am now is empty
For all what I stood for has been burned away by the bitter flames of the Morden world
For all I am now is just a shadow of what I was
For all what I am is a failed prophecy
For all what I could have been
I am nothing
For memories
I am nothing
