Pleasurable pain
Try-hard, die-hard,
those names they've called me.
Call me crazy but-
My life?
I'm grateful it's not easy.
My trials, my tears,
all these have made me.
More names they call me.
It's not so breezy and I'm glad,
I could've been happy without being sad.
And no,
that doesn't make me mad.
All the lessons I've learned,
all the trophies I've earned.
I made the pain worth it.
Don't doubt it.
I'll love what I've been through,
and though it's a lot,
I really hope I never stop.
All the pain and sadness.
That madness.
It led to goodness-
happiness and joy.
Life is a journey that I truly want to enjoy.
The pride, grief, and my tears-
They are what made me,
They are why I am here.
So call me crazy, but I love the pain,
I always just looked at what I could gain.
Maybe it's my weird brain,
but I love this pleasurable pain.

When life happens, sometimes (most times) it sucks.
But sometimes, those sucky moments prepare us for the wonderful (and unsucky) ones.
