The kick out of life
the push to move forward
The pull that get stronger
the brace that proctect
One stand for the future
and moving ahead
Two more steps from the present
now progess is beeing made
The Ups that give us all dream and hope
The downs that we must face
The sides on which we choose to lean
Yet we choose to stay center for the whole human race.

"The Ups that give us all a dream" is my favorite line of the poem because whenever something good happend to us, it gets our hopes up that better things are to come.
