Nothing Girl
Maybe I wear silly jewlery
Or don't take time to smooth on make-up
Maybe I like listening to country
And I'm not on the social mountain
Maybe I don't care about those things
That make your worlds spin
Maybe you just look at me and thing
Wow what a nothing girl
Maybe I like smiling and giving out hugs
which seems to be a sin these days
and maybe I'm dramatic and I let my imagination
Sometimes run away
Maybe you don't understand this
And that's why you can't see
But if this makes me a nothing girl
Hey thats ok with me
The world makes you belive
Your personality must be detected
That your face must be perfect
And you have to wear the best clothes just to be accepted
Maybe I just look at you
And I feel sorry your blind
The robots that you have become
Yourself you will never find.
God made you like He made me
This means I'm something
The world is just a liar
Ready to spring at you
And if I must be nothing
Just for you to see it
Then thats fine with me!
I'll be a nothing girl forever!
