Guardian
With fire burning deep within,
The creature guards its only den.
Scales of nearly every shade
Gleam in the light and never fade.
Claws stronger than any stone
Protect what the being owns.
Teeth of bright and polished white
Shine when exposed to any light.
The wings spread out, unfurled,
As the dragon patrols his world.
