Lies. They eat you up.
They make you sad
They travel through your mind
And make you mad
Lies can be hard to find
They make you bad
Lies are never kind
They tear you apart
When they are an art
They can take your heart
Lies will make you lose your way
And in the end you will pay
The truth may be hard
But is always right
Rather than rip hearts to shards
Keep your heart and might in sight
