Raining Again
The sky crying
Soaking the scorched earth
With cooling numbness
Smoke rising over the burnt trees
The blossom of one small bush
Only speck of color left
In this blazed woods
Trickling drops on blackened branches
Creating beauty and life
While dropping to the ground
Green bursts forth
Erasing the darkness
Sunlight seen nowhere until the finale
Of this marvelous dewdrop concert
It is raining again
Raining tranquility
