slaves
I here the chains clicking
 I hear the spirital songs
Should I put down my plow and join along
I hear the cries of a mother grief and I know nothing can ever compare
At that moment my heart starting hurting for my own mother despair
I hear the sound of a whip being slashed through the air
I stoped and looked at the world around me
 It was harsh and wrong
And I wondered was this gods plan
To work a group of people to death just because of the color of their skin.
