The word of joy
Happiness and love
Yet no one seems to know what it is
No one seems to get it
Is it that hard?
Is the concept of such a word difficult?
Change
Yes, that’s it
We need change
We need to believe that people can change
That we can live together as one
That no one will judge you
Accept
We need to accept
To take people for whom that are
And peace will soon come

This is a really good poem, honestly, with a good theme. I agree with spitfire about about how this poem is kinda confusing though. Like in the beginning, "is the concept of such a word difficult?" the word you're refering to is "peace," right? but then yuo follow up with "change/yes, that's it" so it's like.. the theme is change. and then later, you use "accept" too. Maybe yuo could fix it by putting the single word "peace" in the beginning too. A title isn't exactly a part of a poem when read.

its pretty good, but you shouldnt need to refer to the title to know what the main idea of the poem is. i wasnt sure if it was about joy, happiness, change, acceptance, or peace. just something to think about for future work.
