"When your life flashes before your eyes, make sure it's worth watching" - Unknown

Glancing at photographs
Crying through cards
Holding yourself tight
Put them down
They're memories, forever
Open up your window
Feel the wind in your face
Pull yourself together
There are new memories to be made

The author's comments:
I wrote this poem after my best friend had moved. I missed her terribly, but I wrote this poem to remind myself that things will get better and the future holds new memories.

This poem is about "Perception" and The Doors that lead us to another way we see and feel different emotions.  A unique perspective.
