sweet magnolia
do you know your worth?
delicate yet strong
gently you touch my life
embracing me with your song
devoid of hatred

jealousy

resentment

you might have fallen
among the dirt and dust
but you dance once more

twirling

flowing in nature

your aura
so radiant
kind enough to charm mine
with its enchanting serenade

reserved
you create
gratefully
I listen

hiding your beauty
you watch others work
while you glow inside

The second to the radiant magnolia set, this one in admiration for John Frusciante, the musician. Another note, the inspiration for these pieces was Candle in the Wind, the norma jean and england's rose versions, written by Elton John.
