A Mermaid's Riddle
From the tip of the elbow,
To the clenched fist.
The two drips of sweat,
To the rich port, and rich coast.
From the heel of the boot,
To the stone it shall kick.
The great reef of barring,
And the gas of a “mad car”.
The string of just one pearl,
And the islands of many.
This is where you shall find your treasure,
In the middle ground sea.
