I close my eyes
And F

Into that deep abyss
Where Love and Hatred
Are the only things that
Exist.
A soft, heartbeat beating, lighting a light red
Blanket of Love
Surrounds me.
I lean into
And sigh.
A soft pillow
Mad of the same material
Creeps up underneath me.
Wrapped in my cocoon,
The Blanket changes
Turning hard, black, and suffocating.
The Pillow quickly changes, too
Turning black, hard.
Soon I’m drowning in a sea
Of pure Hatred
And then I remember
A time
Where Love
Used to be every where
And cry.

The author's comments:
This article is about my family's divorse and how upset I was when my mother moved away. I spent ages crying over not being with my mom and I missed that normal family life. I realize now that this 'family life' was just yelling and screaming and nothing that is something to miss.
